In 2019, defrosters for new energy buses are still mostly supplied by external suppliers, which reflect many problems: outdated technology, single protection function, and even safety problems such as adhesion and ablation in end vehicles. We decided to adapt to the development of technical innovation, safe and reliable defrosting and defogging system for new energy buses.

At the initial stage, KingClima collaborated with many departments such as technology, process and supply chain, focusing on overcoming technical difficulties such as remote fault diagnosis and module integration, and successfully achieved the breakthrough of "0 to 1" in the field of defrosting and defogging. In the past three years, we have continued to advance in the field of defrosting and defogging, gradually iterating our technology and products to meet the needs of all regions and working conditions: for example, we have developed cooling and heating defrosting and defogging technology for new energy buses specifically for Europe and the United States, realizing the advanced technology and products in this region; we have adapted and developed a single cooling defroster for the driver's area in Qatar to meet the demand for cooling in high temperature areas; we have further improved the intelligent defogging technology to meet the demand for automatic defogging. KingClima has further improved the intelligent defogging technology to meet the demand of automatic defogging; developed the integrated thermal management technology of driver's area for intelligent networked buses to achieve a high degree of integration of defrost and defogging into the whole vehicle.
